• Migrate the CLI to strict TypeScript and split nomination reports, network-wide self-stake statistics, and validator information into explicit command modes.
• Support multiple configured validators with address-keyed JSON output and runtime-configurable Asset Hub RPC metadata generation.
• Include the validator incentive in actual rewards and add per-validator self-stake projections using live runtime curve parameters through HardCapSelfStake.
• Run builds, dependency installation, PAPI codegen, and tests exclusively in hardened ephemeral rootless Podman containers without host source mounts.
• Add unit, RPC integration, and random-active-validator live coverage, and update project documentation for the new contracts and workflows.
